It is the responsibility of the customer to approve the artwork before printing or embroidery begins.

Changes to Artwork:
Any changes to artwork MUST be brought to our attention prior to artwork being approved. Any changes requested after the artwork has been approved may not be possible or may incur further costs. We accept no responsibility for any accidental loss or damage to artwork supplied.

Moette Custom Clothing reserves the right to change prices and to do so without notice. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and delivery. Prices charged will be those in place at time of confirmation of order. Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Delivery will normally be made within 15-20 working days from confirmation of order (and receipt of artwork/order quantity approval) to all UK mainland addresses. Some remote addresses and Islands may require a few extra days. Moette Custom Clothing can accept no responsibility for delays beyond their control.

Force Majeure: 
Moette Custom Clothing is not liable in any way for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its control.

Shortfalls / quality issues:
Any shortfalls or quality complaints must be notified in writing to Moette Custom Clothing within 48 hours of delivery.

Washing instructions:
All washing & care instructions of the garments supplied by Moette Custom Clothing must be strictly complied with.

Unless with prior agreement from Moette Custom Clothing payment is to be made in full at the time of placing the order.

The title of any goods purchased shall not pass to the customer until payment in full has been made to Moette Custom Clothing.

Any cancellation of an order must be confirmed in writing to us. Any / all artwork or set-up costs incurred prior to the notification of cancellation will be charged in full. Any garments which have already been processed will be charged in full.

Screens remain the property of Moette Custom Clothing.

Moette Custom Clothing accepts no liability for infringements of copyright by the customer when artwork is supplied.

Samples are sent out upon request to the customer. If the sample(s) is/are not returned within 4 weeks of dispatch or in unacceptable condition the customer must pay for them fully at the standard brochure price.

Substitute garments: 
Moette Custom Clothing will always endeavour to supply any particular garments specified in our brochure. Where these are unavailable, however, Moette Custom Clothing reserve the right to substitute with garments of similar quality or size.
